i just traded my 00' A4 T/A for an 02' M6. no mods. yet, i'm looking to do the intake and cat-back first. for you sponsors and whoever, what lid and filter do you recommend? i had a K&N FIPK, but i don't think i'll go that route again. SLP lids pretty good?

any lid will do..but id go SLP lids. The look really nice and sleek! As far as filters...id stick with a regular FRAM paper filter...simply b/c the oiled K&N, Powershot, etc. Filters will coat ur Throttle Body and cause MAF sensor to throw false codes. Plus i like to take care of my engine and the oiled filters are no where near as good as the Paper filters. Just my 2 cents.

honestly you gotta know how to oil the damn thing...to many people dont know what the hell there doing, and put to much oil on them....a lids a lid....the clear one's "look" pretty nice though
