Default bs or what you decide on the power numbers

alright i have a quick question I just purchased a granatelli 85mm maf sensor and a granatelli cold airlid, they claim 10-23 hp at the wheels for the maf, and up to 17 for the lid. I think this is ricer type numbers it cant be possible can it? what should i expect these two parts to add to my car it is fairly stock i do have modified ram air also.

Expect a 5-10 rwhp gain (that's adding both together).
