I have a scan gauge that shows all perameters of my car (99 sts Turbo trans am). I am on the 6th computer reflash so far from Nelson Performance. My bank 2 o2 sensor reads 450mV all the time. My bank 1 o2 sensor is working correctly. The car putters every now and then and acts like it wants to stall. I am throwing no codes. All o2 wires are perfect and I have replaced 3 times so far. It never seems to help. Any advice would be great.

All the local performance shops are baffled.....
