Will BBK TB Fit 98-88 Cars?

Will BBK TB Fit 98-88 Cars? I'm in desperate need of a stock TB and no one has one so I'm thinking of getting one from Summit which ships here very fast. I've looked at pics of the BBK TB and it looks like it has the large cam on the side, in which case it won't fit 98-99 cars. With the large cam TB's, my throttle cable is about 3/4" too short when it's extended out all the way. Thanks!
