Default Long Tube Temp

Does anyone know how hot long tubes actually get? Im looking for a temp range, because i know it has a lot to do with the material and coating. Im just curious

my temps are around 250 on the passenger side and 320 on the driver side. this is about 3in's away from the head after driving for a hour or so, also the reason why its higher on the driver is because the fan on the passenger side is blowing on the header. My headers are Kooks Stainless steel
