Default LT question

on my 2002 WS6 , what else will I need to buy when I do LT's? Spark plugs and wires, and O2 harness extensions, anything else im forgeting. How much do most shops charge for the install? I guess Im asking how long should someone who is a mechanic take to do this?

You are going to need a y-pipe and clamps for the pipes. The U bolt ones are cheap but the band clamps are much better and harder to locate. Also check into a Y-pipe hanger so your y-pipe does not bang the floor. Some guys (me) have issues with this and others dont, there easy to put on when the y-pipe has not been installed yet.

Shops charge anywhere from $250 to $350 for installation of headers. If you look around and find a ls1-friendy shop you should be able to get them to do it for $250-$300.
