Manual cutout removal/replace?

Manual cutout removal/replace? How hard would it be for a exhaust shop to take out a manual cutout and put an elec. one back in? When I bought my car, it came with the manual on it. The problem is, my car is lowered and I am a "fat guy". I can't reach under there to get the cap on and off. If I buy and elec. cutout, will it be fairly easy to cut it out and put the new one in?
