Default Spark Plug Wires Question?

I just got my new spark wires and i noticed they dont have the shield that was on the bottum of my stockers, do i have to take the sheild off my stockers and put them on my new ones? or will they be okay with out

Just put the sheilds from your stock plugs on your new ones.

I didn't put anyting on my MSDs. Just took them stright out of the box and put them on the car.

Yeah what they said. I left the shields off. I don't think they need them.
