Z-286speed

I have pacesetter long tubes on my 99 Z-28. Well, after I put cats back on and a hooker cat back, I have a leak. Well, I found it, its coming off of my header tube that connects to the rubber Y piece. I have burnt out the plastic Y piece, and would like the part number to this. Sorry, I am not able to spend some time researching because of a Midterm tomorrow. So, if any one could help out, that would be great.
