did u reuse your stock header bolts? not that reusing them would necessarily be the cause, cuz i have reused stock header bolts time after time, but there is always a risk with reusing bolts. anyway, just wondering. im not sure what u can do w/o pulling your head

No way to drill it and use and extractor, or is it on the back cylinders?

If there is any sticking out past the head, you might be able to grab it with some vice grips.

If not, you may be able to use a 90* drill, then put an ease-out (extractor) in it. Use a center punch to punch the bolt before drilling and be VERY careful it goes in straight.

ok listen very carefully cause this happened to me and i went through hell... take the head off and get a good machine shop to take it out, and make sure the machine shop is a good machine shop, i cant stress that enough.... i know its a lot of work but if you want to avoid major problems in the future get it done by a GOOD machine shop . i got screwed over and my head was ruined and i have a bad coolant leak. ypu will have a bad leak eventually if you try to run it with the broken bolt.
