Default Valley/Knock Sensor Cover Bolts

Has anyone seen the LS1 knocksensor cover with Flat Head Socket Cap Screws? I was looking for one and I cannot find it, but I know I saw one in a mag somewhere. I was thinking of getting a counter sink and possibly doing it myself, but I'm worried that it might not seal if too much material is removed.
Anyone Done this before?

The bolts you refer to come with the FAST intake, I think. They are used because there is danger of the FAST bottoming out on standard bolts.

Thats it, they are "button head" allen wrench bolts. 10 of them. I suppose you can get the exact dimensions (length and thread pitch) or just by them from FAST. They sell the hardware kit by itself for like $25.

They looked like they were counter sunk from the photo I saw, but if they are button head they can't be. I am working with an extra valley cover I have to see if it can be counter sunk to use the flat head cap screws. FYI, if you need these bolts they are M8s (i think) with the common thread pitch, nothing special, measure the length in mm and you have all the specs. I would not use fast for just the bolts, go to Fastenal, they have all these fasteners in stock, and even in stainless as well, and I know its cheaper than $25.

I still dont see how the button heads get you all that much more room, it must be a very small interferance.

They are only a fraction shorter (maybe 3~4mm).
From the FAST install guide they are M8 30mm long (no thread pitch spec'ed)
