which one will sound better and hp gain or just better decision overall!!!

Having owned both, the Loudmouth is a little more refined than the Cutout. However it's nice going from a stock exhaust to LOUD with the push of a button. That being said, depending on how you mod your car, you might end up needing to replace the Loudmouth anyhow. (I Did) Check out ls1sounds.com to see what you like better.

Both are loud as hell. LM is loud all the time and you can turn the loud on and off with the E-cutout. Your choice....

Just go with the LM... The cutouts are great but unless its elecrtic its the same thing. There arent to many people that turn the cut out off.
