Debating if i should spend the money on getting them coated or just put them on. About how long should they last not coated?

buy them uncoated and take them to a shop to be ceramic coated...usually a better job than the factory stuff. That's my plan! I was quoted $175 for in/out 2000 degree ceramic coating, including the Y pipe.

Get the coated. The black paint will start peeling pretty quick and then they will start to rust. Pacesetter does a decent job coating them. I wouldn't go through the hassle of having the painted ones coated.
