Default exhaust sound

I am looking at pacesetters with my magnaflow I have now. My question is how will it sound with a y pipe without cats. Or do I really need to get cats.

go to ls1sounds and check it out. You don't need cats as most people runnign heads and cam don't use them.

How loud will my car be with pacesetter headers, ory, and magnaflow catback? Just driving around town or highway (in 6th gear it pulls 1800 rpms at 80 miles per hour) will it have a reasonable sound level or will it be to loud?

It wont be that loud at all. It's the exact same setup I have. I'm thinking of switching to a louder catback...
Here's a vid I made of my setup.

i'm switching to Borla next week because i want something abit louder. I have Hooker LT's, ORY-Pipe and Magnaflow and it sounds good, not to loud at idle and gets loud at WOT.

Not too loud at all and I think it's raspy as hell. I think I'm going with TSP True duals with sweet thunders.
