Default Valve cleaning

I got my intake off to replace it with an ls6 and was wondering if it would be a bad idea to pour a small amount of top engine cleaner into the ports for alittle while to clean the valves alittle? I plan on doin the seafoam treatment but wondered if this would help some. Thanks Guys

I don't think it would do any harm, startup may be rough.
On the flip side I don't think it would do much good either.

If you have it laying around I'd say spray a little in there. If you have to buy it I say save your money.
