Question Forsakened LS6 Intake?

The story goes a buddy of mine ordered an LS6 intake last year, then we deployed to Iraq for a year. Now that we are back he has made other plans with his LQ9 and was going to give me the intake. So we dig it out of storage and here's what we found:

Can it be salvaged or is it just a $500 door stop??

looks doomed with that wing missing. doubt it can be fixed as plastic is hard to have anything with strength actually stick to it.

if you can find the missing chunk have some with a plastic welder try to fix it for you. its worth a shot and youve got nothing to loose

If you can find the plastic part then yes it should be fixable if not, I think you are SOL.
