Default Exhaust has me puzzzled

Sup fellas.. here's the deal, new headers, new y-pipe, no leaks on y- pipe, the header bolts are tight(checked by 2nd source) BUT there is a light ticking sound coming from the driver's side. It sounds like an exhaust leak. One guy told me it's coming from the farthest back header bolt on the driver's side. He said it needed tightening, thus leaking hitting against the firewall. He warned me that I might blow the gasket soon. I had a mechanic double check the last bolt and squeezed out (2)more tight turns to tighten the bolt.STILL TICKING. Anyone have any suggestions. Thanks
