Default Alternator and voltage question

My 02 Z has 44K on it and the factory battery is still in it. When driving at night, with the headlights and fog lights on, if I hit the brakes or use the power seat adjustments, the volt gauge drops below 13 volts and the dash flickers just a bit. Is this the sign of an alternator going bad or just a weak, 5 year old battery?

Surprised the stock battery is still kicking/not leaking - I'd have it load tested. My voltage would drop at lights with the AC and high speed fans on at lights, battery died shortly after that.
