Default Header install...deleting AIR EGR?

Well I'm finally gonna have my headers and ory installed and I was wondering if I should delete my AIR and EGR or just leave it alone? What are the benefits? Also I plan on having the car tuned on a dyno shortly after the exhuast install, so having the codes pop up won't be a problem for long.

I just read the sticky, but still should I get rid of this stuff? I'm thinking yes but opinions appreciated. I also need to know where I can find the block off plates to order.
