Default TB Port Question

I ported my tb with the epoxy (drilled holes after) in those air passages. After this was done it seems that when I accelerate normally there is some 'sticking' or 'resistance' felt in my gas pedal. Any thoughts friends?

My tb did the same thing, but it went away when I seafoamed my car and used the seafoam deep creep on the tb and intake.
