Default AC tensioner/pulley question

i searched but didnt really find the answer to my question. Ive figured out that the tensioner pully is causing the squeaking on my car. I only have about 45k miles on it and i wanted to know if i should just replace the whole unit, or just the pulley. And if so does it matter if i get a GM part or is the Dayco/ Grant replacements fine?

I replaced mine with the dayco - worked out great for me. I would just replace the whole tensioner b/c sometimes the squeaking is sometimes caused by not enough tension, not just the bearing in the pulley. Autozone has the dayco for cheap online!

My bird started squeaking around 50k too. Squeak was caused by a worn pivot bushing letting the tensioner rub on the block.
