Some cheap insulation installed under the carpet cut back on my interior noise a lot.

its not interior noise that bothers me...hell i love my car loud the way it is its just...i kinda have a lil old lady neighborhood where i'm at plus the police in my area i dont think will really like the car sound to much...i currently have just longtubes goin into a lm1 system ....i want a true dual over axle setup but moneys tight....some things i've been thinking for now is cutting out the resonator and putting a bullet in and i was wondering about the cones to help quiet it down....plus i've been thinking about installing the 2 magnaflow cats i've had sitting on a shelf for 2 years now

you can put a power stick in the y-pipe. Or another type of muffler like a bullet.

I would just take your cat back off and sell it and put the money towards a different catback.
