Default replacing Spiral Flows w/ Magnaflow mufflers on TD's

What kinda sound difference will it be with replace my spiral flows over the axle with my Magnaflow mufflers, part # 10416)? I notice that the magnaflows have the "packing" listed at summit under interal construction and Spiral flows have "baffled"...whats the main difference in the two? Thanks In Advance guys and any comments are welcome!

The baffles are more than likely louvers spot welded to the body of the muffler where as the packing is a fiberglass or ceramic type of material shoved in. Packing is typically less durable over the long run, but has a deeper tone.
