Default AC line

I noticed some oil in the driveway and so I looked and found that my lower ac line had a whole in it. Can I cut that section out and replace it with fuel line and clamp it off?

No, it will not hold the pressure.
Best option is to replace the line. Sure you can find a used one. Head over to parts wanted section.

do not splice another line into it, it might hold for maybe three seconds but after that it will blow off. spend the money and get a new one, you dont want to be replacing the r134a in the system too much, it costs way too much to just be rigging it up. spend the extra money and fix it right the first time.

Do I have to take the compressor off to get to the line? And how does it come off of the condensor?

No the line connects to the evaporator on one end and the condensor on the other. One bolt at each connection I believe
