Default ASP Pulley

This is a bolt on i dont have, and im thinking of purchasing. What was with the "certified" pulley? Is there a way to tell if i purchase a used pulley if its "certified" or not? Is there really a difference? Also im running a full bolt on/cam/nitrous car. I just put a new alternator, yellow top altima battery. I have alot of added electrical with the nitrous, gauges, switches and such. Would i want to run the alt. pulley as well? Or would i be alright just running the underdrive pulley itself?
Thanks

these guys are talking about charging issues. I think you will want to get the alternator pulley to be safe.
