Anyone know what this is??? It is located on the stock intake of a 99 camaro has a 2 pin weatherpac connection and has plastic tube going to the side of the intake where the tb bolts up.

It is part of the evaporative emissions sys. It is called the purge control soleniod valve. It purges fuel vapors from the gas tank, after going through a charcoal canister, to the intake to be burnt by the engine.
