Default qtp electric cutout issues and ?

I had these electric cutouts on the car for all of 10 days and now drivers side motor fried and I thought the passenger side did too but come to find out that the set screws had come out so I put new ones in and the pass. side works fine. My question is does anybody know what type of motor that is used and would I be able to get a replacement motor. Also if I decide to only have one cutout where should I put it to side right. Right now it is in the pipe after the pass. side header
