EGR tube cracked off.

EGR tube cracked off. Found my exaust leak. The EGR tube off my dynamaxx stainess headers devolped a crack and broke off about 1/4 inch out from the primary pipe. Is this something that can be reached from the bottom with the car on a lift or does the passenger side have to come off? I don't plan on welding the pipe back on just weld the pipe shut. It looks like a stress crack, I never expected this.

the AIR tube on my XS headers broke off 1 month ago........it ******* sucked, spent my day off pulling off the passenger side header and had the air tube welded shut
