There is a special tool you can buy at any auto parts strore. You can also use two screwdrivers and get them off, but it can be a pain. Save yourself the headache and make a trip to autozone. They only cost a couple dollars and it makes taking the quick connect fuel lines apart easy.

The instructions on how to use it come with the tool. Its very easy, so easy a caveman can do it.

Yup, the tool runs like 5 bucks. Get the annodized aluminum version tho. The plastic ones dont last too long.
