Default coolant block off
if you just plug up the coolant for the throttle body will it do the same as a bypass mod?

you cant do that. you havea tube from the radiator to the TB, in it, and out the otherside to the block. you jsut need to connect the 2 hoses together thats it, dont take shortcuts, things are done for a certain reason.
