Default HELP asap. oil spot on plugs, wot missfire

ok so i've been trying to diagnose my ingnition problem after my new spark plug install. Car was underpowered before new spark plugs so I thought I might have a dead plug since it has been almost a year. TR6's installed. Car intermittently misses under WOT. Ruled out plug wires and coils. Car is tuned. Pulled the TR6's i just installed, only 200 miles on them, and WOW, an oil stain on the porcelin on the EXACT same spot on each plug near the electrode. The stain is darker or getting worse as the cylinder number gets higher on the driver's side. passenger side is fine. This leads me to think it's the valves.

Pulled the valve cover, no broken springs. Have I burnt up my exhaust side valve seals and/or valves or (gulp) rings? What do you think before I spend some money? Car runs fine at idle and non wot driving...The heads will be pulled as soon as I can come up with gaskets and bolts, what should i be looking for?
