LS6 intake swap, now misfire... Like the title says. Just swapped to an LS6 intake manifold, and I have a misfire on cylinder 7. Code is P0307. Where should I start? About to go check the wires and harness to that injector.

Will do..I should also mention that I just did long tube headers, off road y, !air and !egr. The car hasn't been tuned yet..so here's a stupid question: is this normal?

Just got another code. P0136. O2 sensor circuit malfunction bank 1 sensor 1. I expected the O2's to go out after doing headers. Will a bad O2 cause a misfire?? Help please
