Default FAST intake guys....got one question

What did you do with the EVAP system when you did the swap? Take it off or hook it up some way? Thanks.

I put mine back on, just zipped tied it to the harness.

I was reading the directions and it said there isn't a spot to hook it up at and it had to be deleted. Do you have to modify it or anything?

I just relocated mine over to near the ABS block. Made extensions for the harness, bought tubing for the plumbing and re-routed everything over to the side and out of the way. The tubing and wiring extensions all were hid in the OEM wiring loom and cleaned up quite nice.

Right now the EVAP solenoid itself is zip-tied to the ABS mounting bracket. I hope to come up with something better soon.

Black ziptie to the harness, right at its stock location. The lines still hokk up like normel. Also remoce the metal bracket off the noild.

State like NY thats look at readness montier completions for passing inspections. Is would be wise to run it functiing. The under hood purge noild has alomst no weight for weight saving. If your gonas cap/delate it, then removale, of the lines, wireing, charcole canister would be a improment.
But your never get the Evap redness moniters to complete in the PCM, with is non fuctioning. Just somthing to think about.
