Default 3 bolt flange problem

hey guys my headers have 3 bolt flange merge connectors and it seems that the 3 bolt part that spins on the headers is a little warped. When i bolt it to the 3 bolt flange on the y pipe with an aluminum header gasket and tighten the bolts as tight as i can i have 6 small exhaust leaks (one from each side of the triangles). I tried heating up the flange with a torch, and to shape them together with the y pipe when they were hot, but to no avail. Any ideas on how to get fix my little isse?

All of them flanges do that crap when there is a reducer used that has the rolled lip. If you think about it you are not tightening the flanges themselves to each other because the lips space them apart and then the flanges get pulled toward each other at the bolt holes.

Jegs or Summit has flowmaster ball and socket flanges....i've had good luck using those and they have enough play in them to clock them slightly if you need too
