cutout Can some one please explain to me exactly what a cutout exhaust isand how i can make it happen on my camaro. any help appreciated.

It is a electric or a 3 bolt flange usually in place of the cats or best in front that allow you to open your exhaust by unbolting 3 bolts on ea. or electric opener with a switch. They can be worth .10 to .15 better times over running through a muffler at the track. It depends on your mods. With nitrous it will for sure help.
