will a 2002 M.A.S. work on a 2000??? buddy has to sell his car so he's going bak to stock on alot of stuff. are the 02 M.A.S. any different than the 00?

It'll work fine! 94-02 F-bodies (as well as lots of other models) all use the same MAF sensor!
