Wut exctly do o2 sims do? Are they just set for stoich or what?

They are used to prevent a check engine light when the catalytic converters are removed from an OBDII vehicle. They are for OFF-ROAD USE ONLY. You cannot use them on a pollution controlled motor vehicle on the road.
