You do not need to replace any of that! Just be careful to not snap off the oil pressure sensor when you do this swap! Vey easy to do!

this thread is a little old but I have a question.

when your doing the install do you just leave all the coolant tubes and plugs alone if you've grinded the ribs on the ls6 intake? I shouldn't have to mess with those tubes at all if I grind down the ribs?? also, if I grind down the ribs and leave the foam padding on there will I then have to mess with the coolant tubes?? TIA

No, you won't have to mess with the coolant tubes if you grind down the ribs ... that's the whole point. The foam padding won't affect the tubes. Once you have the intake off, you can see where you'll need to grind the ribs to clear the tubes. It will all be apparent.
