Default Carb. intake manifold with TB

I was looking into a Carb. intake manifold and throw a 4 barrel TB by Wilson for an NA motor.
I looked at some pictures of this set up and i have noticed that all the air intake sensors are no longer there. Can someone explain how the CPU knows how much air is coming in?

Kind of like this

The fuel is probably draw in thru a jet by the vacuum created just like in a carb.

How does your ECU know how much air is coming in?
