Default the pass. side of my y pipe disconnected

from the header at about 5k rpms while I was passing somebody. The last person that touched my exhaust was the guy that put my stall converter in...pisses me off

That sucks dude, It's usually not a bad idea to recheck your exhaust bolts every once in awhile especially on band clamps.
