Default TB sensors

On the side of the TB there are 2 sensors, the one on top I think is the TPS whats the sensor below it? The reason i ask is I pulled the connection on the bottom sensor just kinda checkin things out because of a fuel issue im having. And there was a little oil on the connection and in the housing for the connection. Whats this sensor for and how am i getting oil in it? Im thinking blow by because of a bad PCV valve just wondering if you guys knew what the sensors are on the TB and how could oil be getting the lower sensor? And im not getting any codes or noticing a difference in the way the car sounds or drives.

The top sensor is in fact not a sensor.... it is your idle control. The sensor below it is your throttle position sensor.
