Default to delete or not to delete?

should i take the egr and air off or not? co doesnt do emissions so no worries there. i am ordering headers and wondering if i should get rid of this stuff.

Maybe once you do headers. Just go with race-style ones and cap off the AIR.

^^^ get the race style headers, you won't have to worry about block off plates, but if you still have a ls1 intake you will need to get a egr plug for it

you can find them at thunderracing.com with a part# 20-12558346

or you can make your own by going to lowes/ace/home depot and pick up a 1/4 brass pipe fitting and use teflon tape to seal it off

dont buy the TR product, just go to a hardware store and buy a freeze plug 5/8 sticks in my head for size but I dont recall its cheap though or just get on here and man up to a ls6 or a fast intake....i noticed quite a bit more pep up top when I did the ls6 intake I live in lakewood/golden area.. I bought mine for 100 bux it was worth it..
