Crank pully size...what is better?

Crank pully size...what is better? Just curious what is better for a crank pully...bigger or smaller. I had a hypertech pully that looks identical to the ASP and now I got a CAT harmonic damper and it's a good bit bigger in comparison. Just curious if it will cost me power since it is larger.
