Default which 85mm MAF?

i noticed the granatelli is more then the SLP
but isnt 85mm just 85mm?
what else can you do to a MAF that is worth more?

i plan to get it w/ the TSP 85mm lid
how much more power do you think this is worth over a regular lid and stock MAF?

Unless you're making over 475 to the wheels, then just keep the stock MAF, and descreen it. I run the stock MAF still.

I agree... You don't need no stinkin' aftermarket MAF sensor. Just de-screen it, DON'T port it though!!!

The Granatelli is more because it "claims" more power. They have a new one out that costs the same as the SLP and the Z06. Don't know anything about it.

Save your money for something else...

SLP here.. i didnt get one untill I did heads/cam though cause on a bolt on setup its pointless, unless you just have nothing else to spend cash on. The SLP and ZO6 units are calibrated for the LS1 also so LTRIMS wont be that far off. Some cars they help, while some they hurt. You arent gonna see anywhere near the HP numbers they claim though

Me too.
Actually took off the GMS and put the stock back on so the tuner could do his job. Aftermarket MAF is a scam for most applications.
