IS A CUT-OUT WORTH THE$$$$$$
Is a cut-out worth the $$$ or should I use it for something else? How does it sound? Don't you lose power? And...
How does the electric one work, I don't want wires or holes everywhere because it's a 2002
THANKS ALREADY

Chaz, yes its wortht the few $$$, and I would stick with original cutout over the electric, unless you like blasting around the streets attracting attention to yourself. I picked up over 2mph and about 2/10th in qtr.

Re: IS A CUT-OUT WORTH THE$$$$$$
The elctric setup is pretty nice and very convient if you don't like getting under the car and putting the plate back on (which is hard to do when cruising around town and cops randomly appear at your side). The install was pretty straight forward...the only problem I had was mounting my switch. I had to cut the wires to the switch, mount the switch in my custom plate I made to fit my ash tray, then I had to splice and resolder the wires. Time consuming, but not hard at all. - Pat

mine didnt leak when i got, then it started to leak, then it stopped. all on its own. they say all you have to do it put some silicone where the piece that moves touches the plate and it will stop leaking.
