Thats what I am trying to find out. I am thinking about ordering some but I don't know what y pipe to use with them. what y pipe did you use on you hookers? They are the cheap Ebay headers. I am trying to mod this car on a budget and figured I would try a set and see how they worked. Maybe do some before and after track times.

I would make a custom y-pipe with any set of headers. They will always fit right that way.

No, the XS headers sold on here did not have emissions and the collectors are different.

Looks like them to me. The drivers side pointing up is a trademark of the older style XS headers. It had some fitment issues. They've been working on a new design to address the issue.

Dont think so. These have a notch on the flange like those GMotoGarage ones.

Just go to a shop and have them weld you a new Y-pipe. I bought a Hooker Ypipe for about $180, and then it fell off. Long story. And I had my mechanic weld me one up and it flowed a little better. More balanced. I had that hooked up to a magnaflow catback. It screamed in high RPM but was a low tone at low. Just have your mechanic or some exhaust shop weld you up one. It costs about the same, and you dont have to worry about it fitting or not.

Be sure of what you are buying though. Theres no work worse than rework. Especially when it costs you more of your hard earned dough. I would go with hookers. Find the EXACT type that you want. Then buy them on ebay. Be sure that the part number is the same.

I just got mine in and they look awsome, I put a set of edelbrock 1-3/4 to 1-7/8 headers on my neigbors car and these ebay headers you posted pics of have the exact same header tube routing . So thats why took a chance and got a set. nice welds, nice flanges and nice finish.

The downfall is that they probably arent flow tested like the hooker and SLP brands. Those flow equally throughout each cylinder, ensuring that you get the vacuum drag in the collection chamber. Remember you get what you pay for.
