Default idle change with header install

not sure if anyone else noticed if it happened on their car, but my idle was at 550 in drive before the header install to 750 in drive after the header . . . curious if this is normal

i took the EGR/AIR out last august when i did the LS6 install and i finally got a dyno tune last decemeber, the idle was at 450-500 before the intake install and after it rose to 500-550 . . . i'm just curious why it rose another 200 RPM, it hasn't even been tuned yet

Idle should only be that high if you tuned it to be that, its not warmed up, or you have a slight vacuum leak.

this is when it's warm and it's untuned right now . . . the only place a vacuum leak COULD possibly be is the headers and nothing on the air intake was takin off, but i've had a vacuum leak before and this is nothing like it. vacuum leak is rpm's goin back and forth not stayin consistant, whereas this is stayin at a constant 700-750 at idle more so closer to 700 when the car is warm
