Default Intake temp with slp MAF

Im about to get a new lid and mabe a SLP 85mm MAF. i have two questions, one: does the new mas air flow have a intake temp sensor built in? either way how does all that work? is there a connector i need to use?
and two: is the SLP MAF even worth the money?
thanks for any help,
Mark

Intake temp is taken from the IAT senser located in the lid not that MAF. Many people will tell you the MAF would be a waste of monay and wont net you anything unless your over 600HP becuase that is what the stock one is worth. Also although I'm not a tuner, people say there a bitch to tune. I'd just buy the lid. In fact I did just buy the lid.

There is a way to wire up the IAT that comes in the SLP and use it; but I wouldn't worry with it.
