HOw can I seat the crank pulley all the way? Ive already hit the balancer bolt with an impact...it still has a tad to go obviously cuz it shredded my brand new belt... any suggestions>?

Not sure if you are being serious or sarcastic. If you are serious, you can build your own from 3 or 4 nuts, a bunch of washers, and a piece of threaded rod. There have been a lot of people who have broke crank pulley bolts or messed up the crank threads when trying to install the pulley using a bolt. The tool, whether fabricated yourself or bought, distributes the forces differently to prevent that type of damage. Search “pulley install tool”.
