The obvious answer is a pulley install tool.

Not sure if you are being serious or sarcastic. If you are serious, you can build your own from 3 or 4 nuts, a bunch of washers, and a piece of threaded rod. There have been a lot of people who have broke crank pulley bolts or messed up the crank threads when trying to install the pulley using a bolt. The tool, whether fabricated yourself or bought, distributes the forces differently to prevent that type of damage. Search “pulley install tool”.

Put it in the oven for about 20 min to let it expand and pull it right on with bolt.
