Default Having problems with rough idle, help please

Okay, my car is a 99 with 35k, and for as long as I have owned the car (15k miles) the car has been idling rough. The car doesn't lope, but it just doesn't idle silky smooth it idles now to the point where the car vibrates. Now is this normal? It seems like it gets worse when the humidity goes up as well. The only mods I have are a ported throttle body, ported MAF ends, and a catback. I thought it might of been the plugs/wires or the maf, but I swapped back the stock ends and I replaced all the wires and plugs, and it still does it. Any suggestions?

Have you tried puting a stock TB on there? I've heard of some home ported TBs really screwing up a car's idle. BTW, are you an A4? or an M6?

Adjust your air/fuel mixture. If you have stock tune, 14:1 should be good. Best advice is get a good performance tune/ Look at my mods and with my set up I have no problems.
U could do an O2 dyno run to check your A/F or autotap.

Have you done the EGR mod? If so make sure you don't have a vaccum leak at the EGR to Intake interface. Even if you haven't done the EGR mod make sure you have no vacuum leaks around the TB area.
